There are services that run for EA and XBox, so after you make a change and/or if you're trying to uninstall - make sure those are stopped. Going into XBox app and choosing a new game that you've never added to your account can potentially attempt to refresh the connection. Likely need a tool like REVO Uninstaller if you get in this position. It was gone from add/remove programs and deleting the folder did not help either. However, my buddy couldn't even uninstall EA Desktop in the time we spent yesterday. I've seen success with someone uninstalling and re-installing EA Desktop. Important: You can only un-like and re-link once per month, so make sure before you change this. Step 1 before all of this is ensuring Game Pass itself is operating as expeted.Ĭonfirm that the account you have linked between XBox and EA is this same one, otherwise you may be linked with a different MS account that doesn't have Game Pass. Make especially sure the XBox program shows that you have Game Pass, it should show up on your account page.
